G ඈඏൾඋඇൺඇർൾ Texas College continues to operate under the authority of a Board of Trustees that have the authority to make policies and carry out all functions which are authorized by the Bylaws and the Restated Certificate of Formation. The Board of Trustees shall consist of no more than 26 members who participate on standing committees. The members of the Board are held accountable to discharge his/her duties in good faith, with ordinary care and in a manner that is reasonably in the best interest of Texas College. L ൾൺൽൾඋඌඁංඉ Texas College operates under the leadership of a president who manages the daily operations of the institution. In carrying out this function, the president have support of executive leadership and staff from the areas of academic affairs, business and finance, development and student affairs.
